Sabrina Cluesman has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, from the University of North Florida and is currently working on a Masters in Social Work from Florida State University, due to graduate in December of 2014.
Sabrina has over 9 years of experience advocating for social change in youth serving organizations. Prior to joining us, she spent a considerable amount of time working for non-profit theater companies. She worked with disadvantaged youth, on many artistic levels and helped provide them the opportunity to express themselves through the arts. She also worked locally for Daniel Memorial assisting youth in their group homes and on-campus settings.
Sabrina started at JASMYN as a volunteer in 2005 and became a full time staff in 2007. Sabrina currently serves as JASMYN’s Assistant Director of Clinical Services. Sabrina also works directly to support our in house Free STD/ HIV Testing Clinic, through the coordination of staff and volunteer roles, as well as support for treatment and linkage to care.
Sabrina provides support for JASMYN client services, that include case management for youth that need extra support in many areas, including crisis intervention, housing, job placement, trans/gender/questioning and HIV positive youth. Sabrina also supports additional programs, including Gender Connections, Drop-in Center, Support Group, our Annual Prom and other programming as needed.
Sabrina loves many things, like Unicorns, glitter, the Vagina Monologues, the beach, books and Scrabble. When she isn’t at JASMYN she is usually hanging out with her family, friends and her wonderful daughter trying to find adventure.
