Coming Out Day Breakfast

Thank you for being with us to honor the courage of coming out and celebrate the diversity in our Northeast Florida community. Each year JASMYN highlights the national day of observation, Coming Out Day. Our Breakfast champions the work of individual leaders, employee resource groups, corporate sponsors, and non-profit partners. By supporting this event, you provide essential funding to help continue our work serving Jacksonville’s LGBTQIA+ youth.

This year we honored two long-time JASMYN champions:

• Chet Wilkinson received our Diamond Award for his contributions to JASMYN and the greater LGBTQIA+ community.

• Erin Bigalke received our Emerald Award for her commitment to volunteer service for JASMYN and beyond.

It was an honor to cheer them on and hear their beautiful stories.

Not only does your participation in the Breakfast provide critical funds that enable JASMYN to continue serving our LGBTQIA+ youth, it also sends a powerful message to our young people and the community at large that you stand with and in support of the basic human rights of the LGBTQIA+ community. Together, we can foster a community of pride and acceptance.
