JASMYN provides a variety of life-saving health services for LGBTQIA+ young adults ages 18 - 29. JASMYN is a resource for LGBTQIA+ young adults who wish to engage in programs and seek services at JASMYN. We welcome everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, in a place that is uniquely sensitive, respectful and responsive to LGBTQIA+ young adults, youth of color, and young adults seeking community and experiencing challenges in their lives.

  • Sexual Health Clinic (SHC)

    JASMYN’s Sexual Health Clinic (SHC) provides a safe, affirming space for young adults (18-29) to get tested for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. This is also a space to explore other HIV and STI prevention options, such as nPEP and PrEP.

    Thursday: 9:30AM - 6PM (Last STI intake is at 5PM)

    STI Testing: Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis

  • Care Coordination

    JASMYN’s care coordination services connect young adults with the resources they need to stay healthy and supported. We provide linkage to HIV medical care and PrEP, a prevention option for HIV-negative individuals. Our team also offers risk reduction counseling and access to essential safety net services, including bus passes, a food pantry, and a computer lab. Whether you're seeking medical care, prevention options, or everyday support, we're here to help.

  • Project Y2K (Yes 2 Knowledge)

    Y2K (Yes 2 Knowledge) is calling in LGBTQIA+ young adults (18–29) who care about community, justice, and showing up for each other, and who want to learn, connect, and move differently around HIV. This is a PAID peer-powered space made with you, not for you. Y2K is about turning lived experience and passion into impact.
