HIV self-test kit! Whether this is your first time taking an HIV test or you are returning to test again, we are glad you have found us.

Who can Request A free self HIV test with Free delivery

  • Young adults ages 18-29 who meet all of the following criteria:

    • Lives in Jacksonville, FL

    • Are not currently living with HIV/AIDS

    • Have not tested positive for HIV in the past

  • If you do not meet these 4 criteria, please email jasmyn@jasmyn.org for options.

How do you schedule an free HIV self-Test Kitwit free DelIVERY

  • We are working on our online schedule form. Until that is up, please fill out this brief form to schedule your HIV Self-Test Kit Delivery. We will reach out to you between the hours of 12 - 6 PM, Monday - Friday.

  • 1 HIV self-test (OraQuick oral rapid test)

  • Follow-up instructions on how to request support from JASMYN

  • Condoms and lube

  • Resources about PrEP & STI testing

What to expect

  • A HIV Self Test is a test that you administer yourself. This is not done my a member of the JASMYN team. You choose the level of support you want from us!

  • We can deliver it in person and hand it off to you directly

  • We can drop it off at the location you request (in Jacksonville, FL)

    • Tests should not sit outside or in a mailbox for longer than 5 minutes

  • We can wait in our vehicles while you test and answer questions when the test is completed

  • You can call us anytime between 12 - 6 PM at the number listed in your JASMYN instructions

  • If you would rather test at JASMYN, drop in to see us during our daily testing hours or schedule an appointment if needed (no appointment is necessary if you arrive during our regularly scheduled testing hours).
