The HIV Prevention Supervisor at JASMYN will be part of the Health Services Team, collaborating closely with the Mental Health Services and Housing Support Services teams. This role focuses on overseeing clinical services for LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults, aged 13-29, including HIV testing, sexual health, and linking individuals to primary care and trans-affirming providers. The supervisor will manage program activities, provide staff oversight, and ensure program quality through data tracking and community partnerships. They will also support all JASMYN programs and maintain adherence to HIPAA standards.

HIV Prevention Supervisor

The Street Outreach Specialist at JASMYN will be part of the Health Services Team and engage with LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults throughout the community. This direct service role focuses on conducting outreach at various locations and events to educate youth on HIV prevention, testing, and sexual health. The specialist will build trust with priority communities, assess needs, and make recommendations for effective outreach strategies. Additionally, they will represent JASMYN at community events and ensure all services are documented according to agency standards, while maintaining participant confidentiality under HIPAA regulations.

Street Outreach Specialist

The Youth Advocate will work with LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults (ages 13-23) facing persistent mental health issues. A Youth Advocate is peer-to-peer role model who provides reliable and relevant information to help clients overcome barriers that may prevent engagement, retention, or re-engagement in mental health treatment. In this role, you will support youth in navigating systems of care, monitor mental health outcomes, and provide safety net services. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, co-facilitating mental health support groups, mentoring up to 30 youth annually, and leading discussions on mental health and wellness. You will engage youth in CREATE activities, link them to community systems, advocate for their rights, and collaborate with regional and national Youth Advocacy Organizations. Youth Advocate

The Care Coordinator at JASMYN will be part of the Health Services Team. The position is best suited for someone with prior experience and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults, ages 13-29, who are living with HIV/AIDS (LWHA) or vulnerable to HIV and on PrEP. In this role, you’ll empower clients to manage their health, promote HIV/AIDS health literacy, and ensure access to essential services. Responsibilities include coordinating medical and social service connections, providing crisis and suicide intervention, supporting treatment retention, and arranging transportation when needed. If you’re dedicated to fostering health equity and advocacy for LGBTQIA+ youth, we’d love to have you on our team.

Care Coordinator

HIV Tester and Program Support Specialist

The HIV Tester and Program Support Specialist at JASMYN will be part of the Health Services Team, providing direct support to LGBTQIA+ teens (13-17) and young adults (18-29). This full-time role involves conducting daily and nightly rapid HIV testing with counseling, linking individuals to PrEP and other resources, and supporting sexual health education and prevention activities. The Specialist will also engage in outreach through social media and community networks, help create a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ youth of color, and contribute to program development. Accurate data collection and reporting are key to this role, as is a passion for youth advocacy and community health.
