JASMYN offers free counseling and mental health support for LGBTQIA+ young adults (18-29) and teens (13-17 with parental consent). Our services are designed to be affirming, inclusive, and responsive to the unique challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals, youth of color, and those seeking community. We recognize the impact of marginalization and discrimination faced by queer, trans/gender non-conforming/gender-expansive, and LGBTQIA+ and are here to support your well-being and whole self in a safe, welcoming space.
Ongoing one-on-one mental health support
If you're already part of JASMYN’s programs and want to meet with a clinical social work intern, talk to your Care Coordinator or a staff member—they’ll help you get started!
Free Your Mind
No appointment? No problem! This program offers single-session, drop-in counseling for teens and young adults who need support, want to talk through a problem, or have concerns about a friend’s mental health. JASMYN staff are also available to connect you with LGBTQIA+ affirming resources and answer any questions about therapy—helping you take the first step toward support. Check out our teen and young adult calendar for times/locations.
