Rapid Rehousing Program
If you’re experiencing homelessness, JASMYN’s Rapid Rehousing program may help you secure stable, permanent housing as quickly as possible. We provide short-term rental assistance and supportive services to make the transition smoother, so you can focus on building your future—not just finding a place to sleep.
Outreach Services
Need help finding support? JASMYN’s Outreach Services connect young adults with essential resources like housing, healthcare, and food assistance. We also work with community partners to offer even more support, making sure you have access to everything you need to stay safe, healthy, and empowered.
Homeless Prevention
Struggling to keep up with rent or utilities? JASMYN’s Homelessness Prevention program offers short-term financial assistance to help young adults stay in their homes. Whether it’s rent, security deposits, or utility support, we’re here to help prevent eviction and keep you in a safe, stable place—so you never have to face homelessness in the first place.
